Points of difference on show at Waratah estate

May 2018 In Suburb Specific

By constructing two spacious family homes with very different floor plans side-by-side at Waratah estate in Mickleham, Dennis Family Homes has made it easy for visitors to select a home design that works best for them.

The larger of the homes is the 33 square Hartley 333, built showcasing the contemporary Tempo façade and it is suitable for a 16 metre wide block.

Available in four sizes ranging from 28 squares through to 36 squares, the Hartley features a sprawling master bedroom suite off the entry, complete with luxurious ensuite and two walk-in robes.

Three spacious secondary bedrooms are conveniently accessed through a private passage off the home’s main hallway and a 2 way bathroom that can act as an ensuite as well as a powder room.

There’s no shortage of leisure space in the Hartley 333, with a living area at the front of the home, a games room at the rear and a large open plan kitchen/living area.  A generous study overlooks the family zone, making it easy for parents to keep a watchful eye on screen time.

In contrast, the 29 square Eden 293 along side the Hartley features a study with adjacent living space at the front of the home, creating space that is perfect for those who work  from home.

The Eden’s master bedroom with dual walk-in robes is tucked away behind these areas, offering privacy from the home’s front entry.  The opposite side of the house contains three secondary bedrooms accessed by their own hallway, providing welcome separation from the kitchen and living zones.

A relatively new design in the Dennis Family Homes range, the 29 square Eden is suitable for construction on sites from 14 metres wide and displays the classically-styled Savannah façade at Waratah estate.

Customers who choose to build the Hartley or the Eden can select from any one of eight different facades.
