• The Group have been involved in over 50 residential development projects since the late 1960s, currently managing seven projects in Victoria and another five in Southeast Queensland.

Home Building:

• The Dennis Family has been involved in home building since 1982, exclusively under the Dennis Family Homes brand since 2004.
• We have constructed over 30,000 homes since 1982, with plans for many more on both our and our customers’ land.
• Building approximately 1,000 homes per year, Dennis Family Homes Pty Ltd. is consistently ranked among Victoria’s largest home builders, and has no external debt.
