This website is owned and managed by Dennis Family Homes. In these terms and conditions, the expressions ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are a reference to Dennis Family Homes Pty Ltd ABN 83 056 254 249 and includes our related entities.

Images, drawings, floorplans, sizes and areas, materials and fittings displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may include options available at extra cost. Actual specifications for a particular home may vary and will be set out in the specific building contract. Due to estate and council requirements, lot widths indicated may alter and should be used as a guide only.

Unless expressed to the contrary, all price information is for homes constructed in the Melbourne metropolitan areas. Alternative prices apply to regional areas including the Geelong, Shepparton, Ballarat, Bendigo, Albury/Wodonga, Echuca, Wagga Wagga and Griffith regions. A surcharge applies to areas outside of these regions.

Final package prices depend upon a range of variable factors outside our control including council building approvals and planning consent, finance, soil test and survey results and the final plans, specifications, fixtures and materials selected.

Alternatively, you may decide to change your upgrade choice(s).

The Inspirations ‘Home is “more us” with $50K your way’ Promotion is available to Inspirations Series with standard inclusions. Offer subject to buy-in payment, see details below. ‘Home is more affordable than you think. Dennis Family Homes will help pay your interest’ promotion is available on Aspirations and Inspirations Series homes with standard inclusions and explicitly excludes Aspirations Rapid Series homes. This promotion is only available to eligible customers who sign an Authority to Proceed and pay an Initial Fee from 1 October to 31 March 2025, unless extended, and is subject to stock availability.

The ‘Home is more affordable than you think. Dennis Family Homes will help pay your interest’ offer:

Inspirations Series Homes:

  •  Dennis Family Homes will help eligible customers with interest repayments by rebating the interest on the build component of their loan while they build a new home and for the first six months after settlement up to the value of $32,000. The rebate will be credited as a rebate on your final build progress payment.
  •  You must continue to pay interest and any mortgage repayments on your bank loan during the construction period plus the first six months after settlement, and thereafter. The rebate will be offset against your final build progress payment and will not be paid to offset your regular interest or mortgage payments on your bank loan. The rebate will not be payable if you terminate or default on your construction contract. The rebate will not cover interest payable on your loan after build component or after the first 6 months after settlement.

Aspirations Series Homes:

‘Home ownership is quick than you think – 16 weeks to site start’ promotion

‘Home ownership is quick than you think – 16 weeks to site start’ promotion is available on Aspirations and Inspirations Series homes with standard inclusions. This promotion is only available to eligible customers who sign an Authority to Proceed and pay an Initial Payment Fee from 6 January to 31 March 2025, inclusive, unless extended, and is limited to the first 20 customers per calendar month.
DFH will notify customers that are able to engage with this promotion.

The sixteen (16) weeks to site start time period begins from final and complete sales paperwork submission. For full and complete details please chat to a Sales Consultant.

To be eligible, the customer must:

  • have registered and titled land at time of paying Initial Payment;
  • choose an Aspirations or Inspirations Series home standard floorplan and façade (customer must not request structural changes to the standard floorplan or changes to windows or external doors, except for those outlined in the pre-selected structural design upgrades schedule – see your Sales Consultant for details);
  • choose from a pre-selected set of standard structural design upgrades – see your Sales Consultant for details;
  • Be able to use the Dennis Family Homes fixed site costs calculator applied to titled block – see your Sales Consultant for details;
  • If attending a colour Showroom appointment, the customer must make themselves available to attend within 3 weeks of final and complete sales paperwork submission.
  • ensure showroom colour selections are approved and signed on the day of the colour Showroom appointment;
  • have their New Home Contract signed within 28 days of issue; and
  • provide all essential information required for building commencement within 30 days, as required under the New Home Contract.

Dennis Family Homes will use all reasonable endeavours to reach site starts for eligible customers within sixteen (16) weeks from submission of documentation deemed by DFH to be ‘final and complete sales paperwork’.

The circumstances in which the timeframe for site start will likely extend beyond 16 weeks include:

  • Delays in providing all essential information under the New Home Contract;
  • Council related applications, including planning permits; and

‘Home is peace of mind with 18-Month Price Lock!’

We will fix the price of your home for 18 months from payment of the Initial Payment. This offer is available for a limited time (from 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025) and is subject to the following conditions: (i) you sign an Authority to Proceed and pay the Initial Payment within the date range stipulated; (ii) you attend all appointments as scheduled by Dennis Family Homes; (iii) your New Home Contract with Dennis Family Homes must be executed no later than 6 months from payment of the Initial Payment; (iv) you must provide all essential information required for building commencement under your New Home Contract and do so within 18 months of payment of the Initial Payment; and (v) you acknowledge and agree that DFH requires a minimum of 30 days to commence building works, from the date that you provide all necessary essential information under your New Home Contract. 1.     Dennis Connect is a collaborative offering by Dennis Family Homes Pty Ltd (“DFH”) and MM8 Pty Ltd (“Movinghub”). Our webpage is an information guide only and we recommend that you seek professional advice before purchasing any of the services featured. We will make our best efforts to provide relevant and correct information, however we make no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any service featured on this site.  Nothing in the site shall be deemed to constitute financial advice to induce you to purchase services from the service providers. DFH does not accept liability for any errors or omission, and reserves the right to change information given at any time.

2.      DFH is only a conduit and organizer of information supplied by Movinghub and third party service providers. We are not ourselves the provider of any services or utilities.  We are not liable for any variances in quality from the information supplied to us by these third parties.

3.      Before deciding to hire any service provider, you must rely solely on your own evaluation of the service provider, including track record, qualifications, credentials, reviews, account information, representations made and such other material facts as you, in your sole discretion, deem relevant.

5.      DFH has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the service provider and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

6.      DFH does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with this service, or for any services selected through this service. We cannot guarantee that a service provider will be able to provide a particular product at any particular time or that a product will be available from day to day. We reserve the right to withdraw any service provider (or any product or service of a service provider) from our service at any time.

7.      Payments for the service providers’ services will be made direct to the service providers under their terms & conditions. We assume no responsibility for organising or making payments to the service providers.

Disputes

9.      Customers dissatisfied with services performed by a third party service provider must communicate directly with the service provider to resolve and settle any problems.  We are not obligated to provide any mediation, arbitration or other dispute resolution services between customers and service providers.

PRODUCT AND GOOGLE REVIEWS

Product Review $50 Visa gift card 

The Product Review $50 Visa gift card promotion is only open to entrants who have entered into an unconditional Building Contract with Dennis Family Homes Pty Ltd Only one (1) voucher will be awarded per home, once the Dennis Family Homes job number has been verified, the review meets all posting guidelines and is published live on Product Review’s website. Comments added to existing posts will not be awarded. The gift card will be issued by the sales consultant to the customer’s registered address or email, once the customer has sent proof of posting review via email or MMS. The process time to receive the gift card will be approx. 1-2 weeks. This applies to reviews being posted post-handover of the home by the site supervisor. 

Unfortunately, Dennis Family Homes have no control over when reviews go live, questions can be sent directly to Product Review who will respond. 

Dennis Family Homes reserves the right to alter terms of the offer at any time, or to disqualify any entries that we reasonably believe were falsely generated.  

Gift cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Product Review and Google Review $25 Visa gift card 

Upon signing a preliminary agreement and Owner’s Authorisation estimate documentation at a Dennis Family Homes display center, an eligible customer who posts a Google review or product review will receive a $25 Visa gift card from the sales consultant. We will require proof of the Google review in the display center or proof of the Google review being sent to the sales consultant via email or MMS, within a week. Should the Google review be sent via email, the gift card will be sent within a week to customer via express post to the customer’s registered address or via email. Only 1 gift card is offered to each preliminary agreement signed. 

Google review offer is only open to Gmail users. 

Dennis Family Homes reserves the right to alter the terms of the offer at any time, or to disqualify any entries that we reasonably believe were falsely generated.  

Gift cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.  

Offer commences 05th March 2024 and expires 02nd December 2024. 

 

Google & Product Review $250 Visa gift card – Quarterly Draw 

Upon visiting a Dennis Family Homes display center, or showroom, entrants who share a review on either Google or Product Review of their experience in our display homes or showroom, will be eligible to go into the quarterly draw to win a $250 Visa Gift Card.  Only 1 entry is permitted per user and review.  

Reviews posted on each platform will be checked by a Dennis Family Homes marketing team member on draw dates below and a winner will be selected at random. Any reviews who received a $50 Visa Product Review gift card are not eligible for the quarterly draw and these entries will be excluded. The draw will take place at head office (2 Acacia Place, Notting Hill, VIC 3168) every quarter on the following dates: 

  • June 3rd 2024 
  • September 3rd 2024 
  • December 2nd 2024 

The information required from customer who enter the quarterly draw are as follows: 

  • First & surname 
  • Email address

  • Proof of review 

Winner will be notified via email and mobile by the marketing team post the draw within 24 hours. Should the winner not be contactable, or a response not received within a week, a redraw will take place post a week and a new winner will be notified.
