The latest Dennis Family Homes display centre has now opened in Ballarat at Lucas Estate, showcasing two exceptional new four-bedroom single-storey designs – the Alexandra 294 and the Venetia 322.

The other new display at Lucas is the Venetia, from the Aspirations Series.

“The Venetia offers quality and elegance without compromise,” Tim comments. “This home design boasts four large bedrooms, three versatile living spaces, and a study.” The open and flowing Venetia design is available in four size options, from 23 squares up to 32 squares, with the largest size being showcased at our new Lucas display centre. “Across the four Venetia designs, the level of flexibility suits everyone from large families to downsizers,” Tim comments.

From the double-door entryway, you can see the entire length of the home, past the living room, study, family room and kitchen to the dining area. The master bedroom is at the front of the home and features his-and-her walk-in robes and an ensuite with shower. Continuing down this side of the house are the three other bedrooms via a private hallway and main bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The open kitchen and butler’s pantry with ample shelf space and a second sink are in the centre of the home.

The Venetia 322 design also features a study, play area between the kids’ bedrooms, and a large, open-plan entertaining area at the rear. It’s available in four sizes and eight distinct facades, providing the capability to suit different block sizes.
