With the addition of the stunning Patterson 363 double storey home to the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series to start the new year, every box is ticked for ultimate family living!

“The Patterson 363 is perfectly suited to a narrow block (minimum 12.5 metre width) without compromising on space. With five bedrooms, all with walk-in robes, three bathrooms including flexible ensuite options, plus a powder room and three generous living areas, it certainly packs a punch,” says National Design Manager, Kelvyn Rowley.

Downstairs you will find an inviting open plan kitchen, meals and family area, which flows onto the alfresco at the rear of the home, whilst at the front, a separate living area provides the flexibility of a formal lounge or adult retreat. A guest suite or second master on this level also provides flexibility for older children or multi-generational living.

With a further four bedrooms upstairs incorporating walk-in robes, including the master with private balcony, and a large entertainment and living area, family members can all be in close proximity to one another.

“This bedroom design layout is ideal for a growing family – children can be close to parents whilst they are young, with the option to utilise the generous private guest suite on the ground floor as they grow,” confirms Mr Rowley.

With today’s home designs constantly evolving, buyers have the flexibility of four pantry options to choose from, with the inclusion of both a dishwasher and cooktop for easy preparation whilst entertaining.

Based on feedback from customers, larger bathrooms have also been incorporated into the design which includes a 120cm shower and an ensuite option with a free-standing bath.

Mr Rowley says, “The flexibility of the new Patterson 363 will be popular with second home buyers and growing families, who have a smaller block size to work with.”

The Patterson featuring the Tempo façade will be available for viewing at Merrifield estate in Mickleham and Anchoridge estate in Armstrong Creek later in 2020. A total of eight façade options are available.
