Our 2022 Inspirations 4 Series Home Designs
New Year, new designs and new homes – these are just some of the things we’re excited about in 2022!
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to update our much-loved Dennis Family Homes Inspirations 4 Series, and we’re now ready to show you what’s on offer in our first release.
New Features
- Deeper garage
Our garages are now 6.6 metres deep! They’re perfect for providing easy, additional storage for all the extra bits and pieces you don’t necessarily want to keep inside your home.
And if your dream home includes having your own home gym, then these garages will be the ideal space for setting up gym equipment and working out whenever it suits you best.
Plus, SUV and ute drivers will love the space for their cars.
- Freestanding bath in ensuite
Why leave a luxurious bath to the getaway day spas? Now you can make any day (or night!) an occasion to treat yourself with a freestanding bath in the master bedroom ensuite.
The hardest decision to make will be deciding on the wine and music…
- Additional fifth bedroom
Another one of our brilliant new features includes an additional fifth bedroom, which is perfect for growing families, or for when the grandparents or in-laws come over to stay.
Give everyone the time and space they need with an extra room to retreat to at the end of a long day.
- A spacious kitchen island bench
One of our favourite new features is a modern trend that has been popular on home living programs like The Block. You guessed it – it’s the kitchen island bench with no sink!
This beautiful feature will allow you and your family to gather around with plenty of space to prepare, bake, create, and cook up a storm together.
Get the kids to help you out with gathering ingredients and mixing, or get them to do their homework next to you while you prepare dinner.
And of course, we can’t forget about effortless entertainment. The island makes a great space for friends to gather around when they come over – you can always find people hanging out in the kitchen at a party!
