Three stunning new home designs have been added to the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series to start the new year. The new designs incorporate feedback from customers and new trends in home design, whilst still continuing to incorporate living, style and the highest level of luxury.

“The new designs vary in size from 34 squares to 40 squares, have up to nine façade options and include four and five bedroom homes, in single and double storey designs to suit a variety of block sizes,” says National Design Manager, Kelvyn Rowley.

Recognising that the market is constantly evolving and based on customer feedback the new designs incorporate features such as master bedrooms to the back of the home, larger bathrooms, multiple living zones, four pantry options, extended garage space and guest suite/study options, which effectively meet customers’ needs around living and accommodation options, Mr Rowley explains.

The single storey Sandford accommodates a larger block size of 18m plus, (ideal for regional areas) has an effortless flow from the moment you walk through the door. Incorporating four bedrooms – all with walk-in robes, study, extended garage, three large living spaces and with ensuite, extended alfresco and workshop options available to make this home your own, you can’t go past the Sandford.

The double storey Patterson is perfectly suited to a narrow block without compromising on space. With five spacious bedrooms, all with walk in robes, extended garage and three living areas including an open plan kitchen/meals/family area opening onto a large alfresco area there is plenty of space for all.

The largest of the homes – the Gibson’s double storey thoughtful design has liveability at the forefront. Cleverly positioned upstairs at the rear of the home, the master bedroom incorporates a private balcony, whilst three generous bedrooms on the same floor provide the opportunity for children to be close, yet separated from the parents’ retreat. Options for a guest suite or study on the ground floor, along with bathroom and ensuite options allows for total flexibility – perfect growing families.
