We’re Moving – But Your Home Journey Stays the Same

From 22 July 2025, the Dennis Family Homes website and social media channels will officially transition to Simonds Homes. You may also notice a refreshed look and feel in our display home offices as part of this next step in our integration, following Simonds’ acquisition of the Dennis Family Homes building business.
While the branding is changing, everything you value stays the same:
- You’ll still find the majority of the Aspirations and Inspirations home designs. If the one you love isn’t showing, just reach out – we’re here to help.
- Display homes remain open with the same team, times and locations. You will be able to view these locations via our Simonds website.
- Pricing stays the same, along with our unwavering commitment to quality and service.
- You’ll now find everything under one trusted name – Simonds Homes
Why is this happening?
We were granted a limited licence to use the Dennis Family branding during the integration period, and that time is coming to a close. From 17 July, all future updates and information will be available at simonds.com.au.
You’ll now find all your favourite designs, inspiration, and customer resources at simonds.com.au.

Why is the Dennis Family website shutting down?
As part of the acquisition of Dennis Family’s home building business, Simonds was granted a limited licence to use the Dennis Family Homes branding and website. This licence is coming to a close.
Will my design/inclusions change?
If you have signed a contract, all designs, inclusions, and specifications you agreed to remain exactly the same. For new customers, we have a phased approach and are migrating across over 90 designs on July 17. If we are missing anything, let us know and we’ll be able to help. Pricing has remained the same, while some very minor changes have been made to the Aspirations & Inspirations inclusions moving forward.
Does this impact my pricing or contract?
No. Your pricing, contract terms and warranties are locked in and will not change.
Will my contacts or support team be changing?
No – your current contacts and support team will remain exactly the same. You’ll continue to deal with the same familiar faces who understand your home, your journey, and your expectations.
