Two popular designs from Dennis Family Homes are now open to the public at Acacia estate in Botanic Ridge.

The Eden 293 Tempo and Heathcote 313 Boardwalk designs are favoured choices for many customers selecting a new home from the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series. 

Showcasing the Premium inclusions from Dennis Family Homes, both displays at Botanic Ridge include high quality interior features like higher ceilings, composite stone benchtops and butler’s pantries.

Both displays offer four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three living spaces, a separate study and double garage, however visitors are presented with very different floorplans.

Eden 293 Tempo

Suitable for construction on a 14 metre wide block, the 269 square metre Eden demonstrates an emphasis on individual spaces, with the master suite located towards the front behind the living room and secondary bedrooms situated on the other side of the house at the rear.

Furthermore, each of the Eden’s living areas are set well apart within the floorplan.  The location of the study and living room just off the home’s main entry presents a perfect set-up for students or someone working from home.  A games room further along the hallway enjoys an easy flow through to the open plan kitchen/family spaces at the rear of the home. 

Heathcote 313 Boardwalk

The Heathcote’s floorplan also offers a rear living and entertaining focus.  Visitors are drawn through the home to a spacious family living area at the rear of the building.

Separated from the open plan living area by the central hallway is a large second living area on the opposite side of the home, conveniently adjacent to the roomy study.

However in contrast to the Eden, the master suite is situated at the rear of the home, offering privacy and seclusion from the other three bedrooms at the front of the home, which are accessed off the entrance hall via a short corridor.

The Heathcote design is available in two size variations of 267 square metres and 286 square metres and is suitable for construction on blocks that are 16 metres wide.

Both the Eden and Heathcote are available in a choice of eight different facades and are open to the public everyday at Acacia estate, Gumleaf Place, Botanic Ridge from 11am until 5pm.
