To be eligible, the customer must:

• have registered and titled land at time of paying Initial Payment;
• choose an Aspirations or Inspirations Series home standard floorplan and facade (customer must not request structural changes to the standard floorplan or changes to windows or external doors, except for those outlined in the pre-selected structural design upgrades schedule – see your Sales Consultant for details);
• choose from a pre-selected set of standard structural design upgrades – see your Sales Consultant for details;
• be able to use the Dennis Family Homes fixed site costs calculator applied to titled block – see your Sales Consultant for details;
• if attending a colour Showroom appointment, the customer must make themselves available to attend within 3 weeks of final and complete sales paperwork submission.
• ensure showroom colour selections are approved and signed on the day of the colour Showroom appointment;
• have their New Home Contract signed within 28 days of issue; and
• provide all essential information required for building commencement within 30 days, as required under the New Home Contract.
