Home Buyer Show Promotion - Terms and Conditions

There are two Plasma TVs to be won (106cm / 46"). Only one entry per person is allowed. Entrants must enter the competition at the Home Buyer Show between 15^th and 17^th August 2008. Prizes will be drawn at 4pm on Saturday 16^th and 4pm on Sunday 17^th August 2008 by a Dennis Family Homes representative. The winning entry forms must be signed by a Dennis Family Homes representative. Dennis Family Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw any inclusions or the promotion itself at any time. Should any product become unavailable at any time Dennis Family Homes agrees to provide replacement product of equivalent value only. No refund is available. Generations Series - Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid with all Generations Series Homes provided a deposit is paid after the 1st July 2008. No structural variations (such as additional floor area etc) are allowed to these designs. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Rendered Features and Full Render option shall be design specific and to the front facade only. Rendered areas are restricted to those pre-drawn areas as illustrated in working drawings. Colorbond roofing option excludes sarking. Feature front door shall be a Corinthian PMAD 101 (Metro) or a Humes equivalent (Regional) Fencing / Drive and Paths / Downlights: any increase in the above-mentioned provisions must be documented in the sales estimate - clients are required to pay the balance thereof. Front Landscaping: Availability of landscaping is subject to Area Managers approval. Floor coverings: coverings shall consist of carpet and ceramic tiles from a selected builders range only. Floor tiling on concrete slab only. If underlay is requested, please quote within the sales estimate. Tiles are laid square and offer excludes any diagonal or feature tile patterns.
